On August 29, delta organized the first training activity of 6S management practice series in the conference room on the sixth floor. The workshop section chief and all 6S implementation personnel, functional department heads and relevant personnel participated in the training. The training was conducted by Mr. Gao Haixing, general consultant of Jianfeng enterprise management group.

Before the training, Zhu pengfeng, the deputy general manager of the company, made a mobilization for the training. He pointed out that 6S management is the most basic content of enterprise management, and the work behavior is standardized through 6S management. In the first training class, Mr. Gao systematically explained why 6S should be done, the effectiveness of 6S, the procedures and methods to promote 6S, the principles that 6S should adhere to, and so on. During the training, the trainees focused on the contents and essentials of 6S management, interacted with the teachers face-to-face, and gained a lot of "dry goods". Through training, employees can establish a rational understanding of 6S, integrate knowledge and practice in work, effectively improve management and help improve production efficiency. Finally, Mr. Gao also made specific arrangements for the follow-up training of 6S: from August 30 to September 2, the TPM tracking of the on-site situation of eight workshops, and on September 3, each workshop conducted the acceptance, publication and award of PK materials in the form of PPT.
